Vizoo GmbH Appoints Renate Eder as Sole Managing Director and CEO
Munich, Germany – June 23, 2026 – Vizoo GmbH today announced that Renate Eder will assume sole leadership of the company as Managing Director and CEO, following the planned transition of Vizoo co-founder and CEO Martin Semsch to the Vizoo Advisory Board effective July 1, 2026.
A Planned Leadership Transition
The leadership change marks a new chapter for the material digitization specialist, which has grown into the globally leading provider of hardware and software for physically accurate material digitization. With Martin Semsch moving into the Advisory Board, Vizoo is creating a leaner structure that supports the company’s next phase of growth while keeping long-term strategic knowledge close to the business.
Renate Eder has been a key member of Vizoo’s leadership team since joining the company in 2017 as Director of Business Development, later becoming Managing Partner and Chief Commercial Officer in 2021. She brings a technical background in 3D computer graphics and more than two decades of experience in 3D and digital apparel workflows, including eight years at adidas, where she implemented 3D sampling processes across the supply chain.
